Eu já havia comprado algumas vezes na loja física, porém, na minha última compra eu estava no trabalho e tinha recebido um convite de última hora pra um evento ao qual eu precisava de roupas pra ir sendo que eu sairia direto do meu trabalho e lembrei da Ratus e liguei pra saber a possibilidade deles estarem me enviando naquela tarde as peças que eu escolhi no site. Me surpreendi com a disposição em que a Raquel me atendeu e com a agilidade da referida funcionária. Não somente fez uma venda ali, mas, acabou fidelizando um cliente e com certeza vou sempre indicar a Ratus pra todos que conheço. Está de parabéns!!!
I made a purchase recently by phone with the attendant Raquel and the service was spectacular. I had already bought a few times at the physical store, however, on my last purchase I was at work and I had received a last minute invitation to an event I needed clothes to go to since I would leave my job straight away and I remembered the Ratus and I called to inquire about the possibility that they were sending me that afternoon the pieces I chose on the site. I was surprised with the willingness in which Raquel assisted me and with the agility of that employee. Not only did he make a sale there, but he ended up retaining a customer and I will definitely recommend Ratus to everyone I know. Congratulations!!!

I purchased the shape online, and it came with a free sandpaper. Everything came well packaged (in the photo I had already removed the plastic that protects the shape) and sooner than expected. Thank you very much, I recommend it to everyone!
