★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você não achar nesta loja o controle remoto que está precisando, provavelmente vai ser muito difícil achá-lo em outra loja em Ribeirão. O carro chefe desta loja são controles e manutenção de equipamentos eletrônicos. Também vendem vendem outros aparelhos, novos e usados, e alguns componentes. Tem bom atendimento e os preços valem a pena. Boa loja para garimpar aparelhos antigos.

Paguei 190 reais pelo concerto mas.percebi que está trepidando a voz ,e deixou a desejar ,é uma pena pois acontecendo isso não terão clientes.??Então eeu não recomendo e não telefonam dizendo que que consertaram o aparelho, a gente é que liga eles não estão nem aí .Nao recomendo,perdi quase 200 reais.
I took Sonata rio 20A with a problem but did not fix it well. I paid 190 reais for the concert but I realized that the voice is shaking, and it left something to be desired, it is a pity because this will not have customers. they do not care. I do not recommend, I lost almost 200 reais.

Ficaram mais de um ano com meu aparelho, por diversas vezes insisti em pega-lo, mesmo sem estar consertado, mas me diziam que estavam atrás das peças, e depois de 1 ano e quatro meses quando desisti e fui busca-lo, ele estava todo sujo, desmontado, faltando peças e com botões quebrados... fiquei tão irritado que nem quis pegar o aparelho para levar em outra empresa. O local é sujo, uma bagunça! Não recomendo a ninguém!! PÉSSIMO! Se fosse possível, darei zero estrela de avalição!
Bad company. They stayed for more than a year with my device, I repeatedly insisted on picking it up, even though it was not fixed, but they told me they were behind the pieces, and after 1 year and 4 months when I gave up and went looking for it, it was all dirty, dismantled, missing parts and broken buttons ... I was so angry that I did not want to take the device to take in another company. The place is dirty, a mess! Would not recommend to anyone !! TERRIBLE! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei 3 assistência técnica para tentar arrumar um rádio da década de 70, as 3 recusaram pegar pra arrumar alegando que por ser antigo não tinha peça e mais outras várias desculpas. Levei na Ravenna e o Sr. Carlos me entregou o rádio funcionando perfeitamente, eu já estava desacreditado de pegar o rádio funcionando mas foram exatamente profissionais.
I looked for 3 technical assistance to try to fix a radio from the 70s, the 3 refused to get it fixed, claiming that because it was old it had no parts and several other excuses. I took it in Ravenna and Mr. Carlos handed me the radio working perfectly, I was already discredited to get the radio working but they were exactly professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO LUGAR!!! Levei minha vitrola para arrumar, os caras simplesmente não me retornavam para dar um parecer. Ficaram 6 meses com meu aparelho lá, tinha que ficar ligando para saber o andamento, e ninguém sabia me dizer sobre o aparelho. Eu nunca recebi UMA ligação deles para me dar uma satisfação de nada, e quando eu ligava ficavam me enrolando dizendo que não estavam achando uma peça. Por fim cansei e fui buscar sem conserto mesmo, os caras tinham "arquivado" meu aparelho num quartinho lá sem me falar nada!! A vitrola estava lastimável, voltou com a lateral toda arrebentada e algumas peças de dentro faltando... Não recomendo essa espelunca para ninguém!!! Procurem pela empresa LOUND FIX, o pessoal de lá foi super atencioso, me explicaram o problema da vitrola e arrumaram meu aparelho em 1 SEMANA por um preço super justo!!!
BAD PLACE!!! I took my phonograph to fix, the guys just didn't come back to me for an opinion. I had my braces there for 6 months, I had to keep calling to check the progress, and no one could tell me about the braces. I've never received ONE call from them to give me an answer for anything, and when I called they kept teasing me that they weren't finding a part. Finally I got tired and went to get it without any repairs, the guys had "filed" my device in a little room there without telling me anything!! The record player was pitiful, it came back with the side all broken and some pieces missing from the inside... I don't recommend this joint to anyone!!! Look for the company LOUND FIX, the staff there was super helpful, they explained the problem with the record player and fixed my device in 1 WEEK for a super fair price!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não retornam ligação, não acham sua ordem de serviço, não tem controle sobre as informações. Meu eqto ficou 30 dias parado sem qualquer comunicação. E não arrumaram. Retirei o equipamento quebrado e perdi meu tempo.
Terrible. They don't return calls, they don't find your work order, they don't have control over the information. My eqto was stopped for 30 days without any communication. And they didn't. I took out the broken equipment and wasted my time.
