Fizemos um pedido online pelo próprio site do estabelecimento, esperamos por 2 horas e o pedido simplesmente não chegou. Ligamos para o local e não fomos atendidos.
Fomos pessoalmente questionar essa situação com a gerência e a mesma nos informou que quando fizermos o pedido através do site também deveríamos ligar para confirmar o pedido, pois frequentemente o sistema está com falhas. Acredito que já que o site possui falhas porque quando finalizamos o pedido já não aparece uma mensagem para que liguemos para confirmar o mesmo.
Hoje pela segunda vez fizemos um novo pedido, só que dessa vez somente por telefone. Depois de 1 hora e meia ligamos para saber do andamento do nosso pedido e nos foi informado que estava só esperando o entregador chegar, seriamos os próximos. Depois de 45 minutos tornamos a ligar para o estabelecimento e não fomos atendidos, o telefone só chamava. Mais ou menos dez minutos depois o entregador chegou com nosso pedido e recusamos o recebimento. O mesmo nos informou que a demora foi porque eles só estão com um entregador.
Acredito que o erro do estabelecimento comece pelo atendimento do cliente quando ele faz o pedido, nesse momento o mesmo deveria ser informado do tempo de espera do pedido e caso aja algum problema deveria ter ciência antes de fechar o pedido. Caso demore além do tempo que foi informado no momento da compra o estabelecimento deveria entrar em contato com o cliente.

We made an online order by own site location, wait for two hours and the request simply did not arrive. We called the location and were not answered.
We personally questioned this situation with management and they informed us that when we place an order through the site we should also call to confirm the order as the system is often faulty. I believe that since the site has failures because when we finish the order no longer appears a message for us to call to confirm the same.
Today for the second time we placed a new order, only this time by phone. After an hour and a half we called to know the progress of our order and was informed that we were just waiting for the delivery man to arrive, we would be next. After 45 minutes become calling for the establishment and we were not met, the phone just called. About ten minutes later the delivery man arrived with our order and we refused to receive it. He informed us that the delay was because they only have one delivery boy.
I believe that the error of the establishment starts with customer service when he places the order, at that time he should be informed of the order waiting time and in case of any problem should be aware before closing the order. If delay beyond the time it was informed at the time of purchase the property should contact the customer.

São extremamente lentos para prepararem, mais não questiono, vai curtir muito depois... só um adendo...se pedir um plus do sanduíche, ou seja um combo, o refrigerante é a parte...ou seja pede combo vem batatas rústicas, e pague separado o líquido..
Falta de criatividade...e o preço acaba ficando proibitivo...mande ver no sanduba (gostei do gourmet), e garanto que vai ficar satisfeito (a). Sorte a todos.
The handcrafted ones are a spectacle apart, a sensational green accompaniment mayonnaise. They are extremely slow to prepare, but do not question, will enjoy much later ... just an addendum ... if you ask for a plus of the sandwich, that is to say a combo, the soda is the part ... that is, ask combo combo rustic potatoes , and pay separate liquid ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fiz um pedido pelo Ifood delivery e meu pedido veio errado fui reclamar eles falaram que não poderia entregar no mesmo dia pq o motoboy não fazia entrega de 4 quilômetros fiquei no prejuízo eu não recomendo muita falta de respeito com os clientes.
Poor service I placed an order through Ifood delivery and my order came wrong I went to complain they said I couldn't deliver it on the same day because the motoboy didn't deliver 4 kilometers I was at a loss and I don't recommend a lot of lack of respect with customers.

Pedi recentemente batata frita e hamburguer pelo ifood, tudo chegou bem quentinho. Recomendo e pretendo comprar novamente em breve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu hoje pedi lanche pela primeira vez nesse estabelecimento,e o pedido venho errado,e ao invés deles mandarem o sanduíche que estava faltando ,eles se recusaram ,disseram que não tinha como,e era para eu colocar em observação ,que depois eles devolviam .Como pode uma coisa dessa?Se eu fiz o pedido hoje ,é claro que eu vou querer receber corretamente ,o erro foi deles ,e sem contar que o pedido de entrega é caríssimo .Eu acabei ficando sem o meu sanduíche ,nunca mais eu peço nada nesse local.Eu sempre pedia no Ravis do Méier ,e nunca tive esse problema, lamentável.
