Depois de várias tentativas/ligações frustradas consegui ser atendido.
Pegaram o numero do meu celular e ficaram de retornar para tratar da minha demanda, já jazem 3 dias e nada.
Já liguei outras vezes, mas, sequer, atendem o telefone.
