De cor da madeira.reclamei no dia que chegou.
Agora vendedora saiu, gerente mudou. Ninguém me dabum retorno e resolve problema.
Depois de muito tempo e varias insistência trocaram mimha cadeira por uma madeira escura, completamente diferente a cor do pé da mesa. A gerente da loja disse que não vai trocar o pé que eu comprei o produto assim. Conprar produto de cores absolutamente diferente é um absurdo. Não indico a loja é so fachada.
Gostaria muito de estar tirando minha avaliação negativa, mas infelizmente fiz a.compra em uma loja que na hora de vendet faz de tudo, depois....

Bad store, I bought a table set, they delivered it defective, 1 piece of the table crooked, chairs with bad feeling
The color of the wood.I complained the day it arrived.
Now salesperson has left, manager has changed. Nobody gives me feedback and solves the problem.
After a long time and several insistence they changed my chair for a dark wood, completely different from the color of the foot of the table. The store manager said she won't change the foot because I bought the product like that. Buying an absolutely different color product is absurd. I do not indicate the store is just the facade.
I would very much like to be taking my negative evaluation, but unfortunately I made the purchase in a store that when it comes to vendet does everything, later....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento na Sexta Feira (27/05/2022) final do dia e fiquei de voltar no dia seguinte para fechar negócio. Retornei no Sábado e o vendedor não manteve o orçamento, pelo contrario, aumentou em R$2000 o valor do produto orçado. Não recomendo esta loja por desrespeito ao consumidor

E, para meu espanto, ao entrar aqui no Google, verifiquei que não é só comigo. Vi uma situação muita parecida.
Se a gerente e a vendedora que te atenderam saem da loja, você não é mais considerado um cliente nela, tudo o que foi combinado vai por água abaixo e você fica na mão.
Comprei um jogo de mesa com cadeiras e outras coisas lá, SOB A CONDIÇÃO de, até as cadeiras ficarem prontas, eles emprestarem outras da loja. E assim o fizeram. Até que um dia, sob o pretexto de "contagem dos móveis" retiraram as cadeiras da minha casa e, pasmem, não devolveram mais, dizendo que a loja não pratica empréstimo. Na hora de venda praticaram né??! Estou por 7 dias sem cadeiras!! Além disso, estenderam o prazo se entrega das minhas de 40 dias para 60 dias úteis!!!! Quase que vou virar o ano sem cadeiras! Eles fazem isso. Mudam a regra do jogo, blindam as pessoas que poderiam resolver . Na hora da venda é tudo lindo. Depois você vai ficar na mão, com as condições ofertadas e com os prazos estipulados. Estou tomando providências. Mas estou aqui alertando.

And, to my amazement, when I went here on Google, I found that it's not just me. I saw a very similar situation.
If the manager and the salesperson who attended you leave the store, you are no longer considered a customer in the store, everything that was agreed upon goes down the drain and you are left in hand.
I bought a table set with chairs and other things there, UNDER THE CONDITION that, until the chairs are ready, they borrow others from the store. And so they did. Until one day, under the pretext of "counting the furniture" they removed the chairs from my house and, amazingly, they didn't return them anymore, saying that the store doesn't offer loans. At the time of sale they practiced right??! I have been without chairs for 7 days!! Also, they have extended the delivery time of mine from 40 days to 60 working days!!!! I'm almost going to turn the year around without chairs! They do that. They change the rules of the game, shield people who could solve it. At the time of sale, everything is beautiful. Afterwards you will be on hand, with the conditions offered and with the stipulated deadlines. I'm taking action. But I'm here warning you.

Compramos na loja um sofá, o pagamento foi feito com cartão de crédito, a compra foi aprovada na hora!
Pois bem, 7 dias depois, a "Gerente" da loja ligou e disse que "HOUVE INCONSISTENCIA NO PEDIDO" e que deveríamos voltar lá na loja pra assinar uns papéis! Ou seja, pagamento aprovado, mas o pedido não fora efetivado até aquele momento!
Pedimos pra loja estornar o valor pago, e para a nossa surpresa (ou não) a loja não quer devolver!!!
Enfim, fizemos um Boletim de Ocorrencia na POLÍCIA, e reclamação no PROCON!
Só depois vi que há várias reclamações sobre as entregas e produtos com defeitos!
Não desejo essa dor de cabeça a ninguém! Se está lendo esse comentário, NÃO COMPRE NESSA LOJA!!
Worst experience of my life! I regretted it bitterly!
We bought a sofa at the store, payment was made with a credit card, the purchase was approved instantly!
Well, 7 days later, the "Manager" of the store called and said that "THERE WAS INCONSISTENT IN THE ORDER" and that we should go back to the store to sign some papers! That is, payment approved, but the order had not been made until that moment!
We asked the store to refund the amount paid, and to our surprise (or not) the store doesn't want to return it!!!
Anyway, we made an Occurrence Bulletin at the POLICE, and a complaint at PROCON!
Only later did I see that there are several complaints about defective deliveries and products!
I don't wish this headache on anyone! If you are reading this review, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

Quando o pedido chegou haviam 2 cadeiras de uma cor e duas cadeiras de outra. As cadeiras mais claras estavam sujas e avariadas no estofado. O pior, demoraram 10 dias pra me dar um posicionamento dizendo que a troca ocorre de 15 a 20 dias depois que o produto foi recusado, ou seja, 1 mês pra me entregarem as cadeiras certas. Fora que só obtive retorno ligando muito na loja. Ainda espero pelas cadeiras...volto pra contar...
I do not recommend this store at all! They are great to sell but the after sales is TERRIBLE! I bought a table with 4 chairs. When the order arrived there were 2 chairs in one color and 2 chairs in another. The lighter chairs were dirty and the upholstery was damaged. The worst, it took 10 days to give me a statement saying that the exchange takes place 15 to 20 days after the product was refused, that is, 1 month to deliver the right chairs. Other than that I only got a response by calling the store a lot. I'm still waiting for the chairs... I'll be back to tell you...
