★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Péssimo atendimento, demora demais, fui 3z provar o vestido e mesmo assim no dia de vestir continuava toncho e com as pregas dadas todas a mostra mesmo já tendo sido reclamado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na internet fala que fecha às 18:00, cheguei faltando 20 min e não quiseram me atender, estava precisando de um terno para um casamento, iria pagar na hora, já aluguei pra meu pai há uns anos atrás, depois dessa, não alugo mais nada lá. Um cliente é importante.

Aluguei a roupa completa da formatura de ABC do meu filho neste lugar em setembro, a recepcionista ficou de ligar para ele ir provar e tirar as medidas e não ligou. Eu que tive que ligar. Pegamos a roupa na data combinada e a mesma veio sem a gravata, isso na ante véspera da formatura. No outro dia, véspera da formatura, pois a loja fecha cedo, Liguei informando o ocorrido e mandaram eu ir buscar pq a gravata estava lá. Fui na mesma hora e a tal recepcionista veio com uma gravata de bebê que não caberia no meu filho de 7 anos, mesmo eu tendo levado as medidas que a funcionária da loja tirou. Eu expliquei que não caberia quando ela ja estava abrindo a porta para eu me retirar da loja. Ela levou a gravata e voltou com a mesma gravata com o fecho bem na pontinha dizendo que agora ia dar. Eu expliquei que tinha alugado há 3 meses essa roupa e ela disse simplesmente que não tinha a gravata que eu aluguei e ainda queria me empurrar uma de outra cor. Tudo isso na véspera da formatura. Eu fiquei feito louca procurando um tecido parecido para mandar fazer uma gravata decente para meu filho. Esta loja me causou um transtorno sem tamanho. Vou denuncia-la mas isso não vai resolver todo o transtorno que nos causou. Ela destruiu nosso sonho.
Terrible service and they do not comply with the contract. I rented my son's complete ABC graduation outfit at this place in September, the receptionist was calling him to try on and take the measurements, and she didn't. I had to call. We got the outfit on the agreed date and it came without a tie, just before graduation. The other day, the day before graduation, as the store closes early, I called informing what had happened and they told me to go get it because the tie was there. I went right away and the receptionist came with a baby tie that wouldn't fit my 7-year-old son, even though I took the measurements that the store employee took. I explained that it wouldn't fit when she was already opening the door for me to exit the store. She took the tie and came back with the same tie with the clasp at the very end saying that now it would. I explained that I had rented this outfit 3 months ago and she simply said that she didn't have the tie I rented and she still wanted to push me a different color. All this on graduation eve. I went crazy looking for a similar fabric to have a decent tie made for my son. This store caused me an inconvenience of no size. I'm going to report her but that won't solve all the trouble she's caused us. She destroyed our dream.
