★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei celular pra trocar a tela, 1 semana depois a tela apresentou umas manchas pequenas brancas na tela, levei de volta e o técnico disse que não via nada ali, um mês e pouco depois o touch não respondia e em seguida a tela apagou, entrei em contato e disseram que a garantia de 30 dias havia acabado, sendo que por lei o código de defesa do consumidor estabelece a garantia legal de 90 dias, 30 dias que eles deram são para produtos não duráveis, enfim Não recomendo a loja.
Acrescento, o celular não teve mal uso, sua resposta foi extremamente fútil, passando a entender que parou de funcionar por mal uso, isso vocês não tem como provar pois vocês deveriam provar que foi mal uso fazendo uma perícia, o que nem isso se propuseram a fazer, foi Só "A GARANTIA JA VENCEU E TCHAU" mais uma vez não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo tdo, levei notebook ficou mais de um um mês, veio faltando quase todos os parafusos , HD veio solto sem parafusos , parafusos q foi colocado não são do meu notebook pois conheço ele igual a palma da minha mão parafusos que são de perto da bateria foram trocados e colocados outros maiores q marcaram a parte de cima do notebook teclas de seta pra baixo e esc veio todas arregaçadas e não prestaria não funcionaria nem com milagre , fora que devolveram meu notebook sem a bateria tive que ligar lá e falar pedir a batetia outra situação mais chata ainda ,se me pedir opinião não leve lá toda sinceridade se fosse ótimo eu falaria mais não minha experiência com eles e,era coisa simples pra resolver ,ainda mais se for assim com todos os seus trabalhos imagino o q fazem com quem não tem nenhum entendimento com informática não sbe nem o básico para conferir seus equipamentos.nunca tive coragem de levar, e principalmente deixar meu equipamento em nenhuma empresa , porém tive q viajar e precisei .Olha q paguei praticamente todo serviço adiantado , caso não voltasse a tempo da viagem e pagar e ter q pegar o equipamento e tivesse terminado o serviço e ainda pedi , liguei pra tomar cuidado com meu notebook .Tem as etiquetas de garantia porém não quero garantia desse serviço , não tenho coragem de levar equipamento lá de novo e outros mto menos . fui indicado porém não indico .

Teófilo Otoni no dia 13/08/2020 mais ou menos umas 17 hrs, perguntei se daria tempo de formatar meu notebook pra me devolver ele no sábado dia 15/08/2020 até meio dia, pois no domingo eu estaria voltando pra BH, fui muito bem atendida no telefone pelo funcionário que não lembro o nome, o mesmo pediu que eu ligasse na quarta pra confirmar que eu levaria o notebook que ele deixaria o pessoal avisados de que eu ia deixar o notebook la. Na quarta dia 12/08/2020 liguei novamente afirmando o que eu disse e que deixaria o Notebook la na quinta. Na quinta, mais ou menos às 16:30, deixei meu notebook na RB, expliquei novamente toda a situação, de que eu precisaria dele pronto no sábado, pois viria embora pra BH, pegaram meu notebook falando que me devolveria sim, ele no sábado pronto. Na sexta a noite resolvi ligar, só pra confirmar que eu pegaria meu notebook no dia seguinte e fui informada que só iam poder me devolver ele na próxima semana, que não tiveram tempo de formatar. Enfim, pedi que não mexessem nele mais, pois eu não podia esperar, e no sábado busquei meu notebook e nem um pedido de desculpas eu tive... Minha indignação foi, já que não teriam tempo de fazer o serviço, pq pegaram? pq não me falaram que realmente não daria tempo, perdi tempo de deixar com outra pessoa pra formatar. Eu sempre indiquei a RB, mas, agora não indico mais.

Teófilo Otoni on 08/13/2020 about 17 hrs, I asked if I would have time to format my notebook to return it on Saturday, 08/15/2020 until noon, because on Sunday I would be returning to BH, I went very well answered on the phone by the employee who does not remember the name, he asked me to call on Wednesday to confirm that I would take the notebook that he would let the staff know that I was going to leave the notebook there. On the fourth day 12/08/2020 I called again stating what I said and that I would leave Notebook there on Thursday. On Thursday, at about 16:30, I left my notebook at RB, I explained the whole situation again, that I would need it ready on Saturday, as it would come to BH, they took my notebook saying that I would return it, on Saturday ready. On Friday night I decided to call, just to confirm that I would get my notebook the next day and I was informed that they would only be able to return it to me next week, that they didn't have time to format it. Anyway, I asked them not to touch it anymore, because I couldn't wait, and on Saturday I looked for my notebook and I didn't even have an apology ... My indignation was, since they wouldn't have time to do the job, why did they get it? because they didn't tell me that I really wouldn't have time, I wasted time leaving it with someone else to format it. I always indicated the RB, but now I don't.
