★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não é atoa que estava deserta , propaganda enganosa, eles dão o preço de 450 no pneu chegando lá eles querem condenar tudo te empurrando serviços caros, aí vc fala que não quer os serviços, que só quer o pneu mesmo , aí eles falam que não pode fazer, é só pode vender o pneu, somente se fizer os serviços todos, antes de chegar na loja o call center deles te atende , aí quando vc está lá , vê que é armação deles , vc entra em contato com o call center , aí ele não te atende mais , é tudo armação, funcionários 71 , por isso que está vazia essa loja , vou ficar atento, se apagar a reclamação eu coloco novamente, loja 71

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cuidado ao escolher esse loja fui lá com orçamento que fiz pelo telefone só para trocar pneu e chegando lá o gerente falou para mim que só tracava meus pneus se eu fezese desempeno de rodas um serviço que eu não queria fazer por que minhas são de ferro e não estava empenadas o gerente então orientou os funcionários a não trocar meus pneus
Talvez o gerente esteja despreparado para gerência uma loja por que isso que ele fez comigo se caracteriza pelo código do consumidor como venda casada que é proibido pela nossa leis

Foi curto e grosso não preço R$.. sendo que eu sei qual é o valor porque ela já havia passado. Tudo é questão do modo de falar. Educação. Exemplo: senhor nossa empresa não cobre valores de concorrentes. Peço desculpas, mas o valor é esse mesmo. Eu reclamei do modo, ela nem reconheceu o modo que falou e já encerrou obrigado. O primeiro contato da empresa é a carta de apresentação. Pra mim foi zero.
