★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei uma pessoa por dois dias seguidos, no primeiro dia não receberam pq ele não tinha uma caixa p enviar e hoje não receberam pq não estavam em dias com a Multilaser. Péssimo atendimento, sem informações, não abre no horário e todo dia muda o atendente e por final fui informado que não realizaram o pagamento para ter direito a receber os produtos da Multilaser (o cliente não tem que saber de sua relação com os seus fornecedores).

Lousy service, no information, does not open on time and all changes on the attendant and by the end I was informed that did not make the payment to be entitled to receive the Multilaser product (the client does not have to know your relationship with your suppliers) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 07/03/2019 comprei nas lojas americanas do shopping parangaba um celular da multilaser e em dezembro do mesmo ano, a bateria inchou. Tentei entrar em contato com a mapfre, mas como era fim de ano não me atenderam e as lojas americanas disse que eu precisava do código-troca. Tentei ir no posto de coleta da multilaser que nunca funciona, só abrem quando quer, mas pelo o que vejo, nunca abrem. Fui dia 02/01/2020 pela tarde e ninguém me atendeu. Hoje, exatamente um ano depois, vou para as lojas americanas pedir o reembolso e pediram para eu ligar pra Mapfre para conseguir o código-troca de 10 dígitos. Quando eu liguei, a atendente foi extremamente confusa e me indicou um cancelamento do segura e que seria estornado 168 reais. Perguntei várias vezes sobre a possibilidade do estorno do valor do celular, porém não conseguir sequer negociar nada. Retornei às Lojas Americanas e procurei o gerente, informando o que a atendente da Mapfre me informou por telefone e ele me repassou novamente o endereço da autorizada da Multilaser que sempre está fechada e informaram que abria 3 dias pro semana em dias não fixos. Não sou obrigada a adivinhar qual dia essa loja medíocre vai abrir, pois não tenho bola de cristal e nem me comunico por telepatia, já que não atendem o telefone. Incrível como esse estabelecimento não atende telefone e só abre três dias não fixos por semana. Uma palhaçada enorme!

I asked several times about the possibility of reversing the value of the cell phone, but not being able to even negotiate anything. I returned to Lojas Americanas and looked for the manager, informing me what the Mapfre attendant informed me by phone and he gave me the address of the authorized Multilaser again, which is always closed and informed that it was open 3 days a week on non-fixed days. I am not obliged to guess which day this mediocre store will open, as I do not have a crystal ball and I do not even communicate by telepathy, since they do not answer the phone. Amazing how this establishment doesn't answer the phone and only opens three non-fixed days a week. Huge clowning!

Segundo o relato dele é uma autorizada da Marca Multilaser pois ele comprou um celular dessa marca há 2 meses e já apresentou defeito.Foi necessário o envio para São Paulo pq lá não resolve mas eles mesmos cuidaram em providenciar o envio do mesmo sendo necessário a compra de uma caixa dos Correios para que o envio fosse feito.Mas ele me relatou que foi bem atendido.
