★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Demora para dar retorno, um dia lhe atendem com um consultor e no outro troca por outro. Tive que ligar p informar sbolet o boleto que eles deveria me enviar. Acompanhamento da inclusão no plano de saúde deficiênte. Efim, eu não recomendo!
Bad service. It takes a long time to give feedback, one day they see you with a consultant and the next you exchange for another. I had to call p inform the bill that they should send me. Monitoring of inclusion in the deficient health plan. Yes, I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na contratação do plano empresarial o atendimento comercial foi bom, porém o pós-vendas foi péssimo, não retornam e-mails, tínhamos diversas dúvidas que não foram solucionadas, precisávamos de apenas um contato com a Intermédica (atendimento empresarial) e não souberam nos informar ao menos 1 canal de atendimento para sanar dúvidas. Tivemos problemas com o acesso online, nunca conseguiram nos orientar à respeito. Só após várias tentativas de contato diretamente com a Intermédica é que conseguimos um canal de atendimento própria para nos ajudar. Não recomendo!!!
When contracting the business plan, the commercial service was good, but the after-sales was terrible, no e-mails returned, we had several doubts that were not resolved, we needed only one contact with Intermédica (business service) and they did not know how to inform us. at least 1 service channel to answer questions. We had problems with online access, they were never able to guide us about it. Only after several attempts to contact directly with Intermedica do we get our own service channel to help us. I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos na hora da venda do plano são super prestativos porém apos a contratação percebemos que não foram tão claros assim. Diz que o plano atende tudo. Tem varias clínicas. Todos os medicos e não hora ninguém atende o plano. Quase nenhuma clinica eh credenciada aquele plano enfim deselegante e muito desagradável. Amil fácil S60 fiquem espertos em contratar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Não há pós-venda. Após feito a compra, não consegui obter respostas quando houveram dúvidas e/ou solicitação de Informes para Imposto de Renda. No ponto de vista comercial, souberam me orientar o melhor custo beneficio.
Terrible! There is no after sales. After making the purchase, I was not able to get answers when there were questions and/or requests for Income Tax Reports. From a commercial point of view, they knew how to guide me to the best cost benefit.
