 A CARRIER WASTE CANNOT REPLACE AN EMAIL AND STILL HAVE REQUESTED COLLECTION AT ANOTHER CARRIER A LACK OF IRRESPONSIBILITY, IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , liguei para fazer um acompanhamento de pedido , e como em qualquer transportadora o certo era passar informação de onde minha mercadoria estava ,já que o contato que meu fornecedor passou foi este. A Funcionária BIA não sabe dar informações direito , mal sabe atender um telefone, pedi para falar com o Gestor da empresa e a mesma disse que Eu não poderia. A minha intenção a principio era acompanhar o meu pedido, e se fosse tratar de um negocio ? Vocês iriam perder. Completamente insatisfeita !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de parabenizar o motorista do caminhão de placa KPL-0951. Há uns 20 dias atrás o farol da av. Nações Unidas estava com problema e uma senhora gostaria de atravessar, porém nenhum veículo deu passagem, até que o responsável por este caminhão parou o transito para que a mesma pudesse atravessar. Decidi fazer o comentário e até parabeniza-lo pois a senhora estava a quase 20 minutos tentando. Desde já agradeço pela atenção.
