Se tratava de um problema de infiltração de água tanto pelo vizinho quanto por mina de água, ou seja, minha garagem estava tomada de água que não parava mais. Busquei a RCA para a solução do problema através de drenagem e de fato, após a obra estou muito satisfeito. Além do problema de infiltração solucionado, transformaram o meu ambiente e o resultado é a foto em anexo. Pessoal, muito obrigado por todo o suporte. Agora é só assar a carne e ser feliz!
