★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de saber porque a cada ventinho ou gota d'água que ameaça cair do céu, a Internet cai junto e normalmente a noite quando mais precisamos e não há plantão na empresa RCA- Guarapari. Esta semana nem choveu e já caiu duas vezes, inclusive neste momento. Aqui Praia do Morro - Guarapari 22hs e 43 min. Preciso trabalhar e não posso. Se atrasar vc paga juros, mas se vc não tem o serviço que contratou deveria ter um desconto. Não acham justo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tento prestigiar o comercio local, os funcionários são super atenciosos e esforçados, porem a falta de infraestrutura da empresa em si para atendimento é gritante, canais de sinal digital estão com péssima qualidade a muito tempo(Globo e TV guarapari) e nenhuma mudança é feita, é necessario o investimento em bons nobreaks para a distribuição de sinal visto que sempre que temos queda de energia os canais saem do ar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em tudo cortaram o meu sinal sendo que eu estive as 09:00 paguei e a tarde tive o sinal cortado ficando a noite toda sem TV vou acionar o PROCOM.
Se todos nós procurase-mos nossos direitos eles iriam dar um geito rapidinho na hora de cobrar eles sabem na hora de cortar também nem praso dam se você estiver viajando quando chegar está cortado e nem ti mandam um aviso de pendência.
Bad service at all they cut my signal being that I was at 09:00 I paid and the afternoon I had the signal cut staying all night without TV I will activate the PROCOM.
If we all look for our rights, they would give a quick quote when it comes time to collect. They know when to cut too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Sempre deixa na mão. Já passei vários finais de semana sem internet. Suporte só funciona em horário comercial. Apesar do custo ser menor, não vale a pena. Tem outras opções de fibra ótica com melhor custo x benefício.
I do not recommend. Always leave it down. I've spent several weekends without internet. Support only works during business hours. Although the cost is less, it's not worth it. There are other options for fiber optics with better cost-benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, isso qdo atendem telefone. Vc faz várias ligações pra la e não atendem. Os boletos não chegam para pagamento e pago juros todos os meses e não consigo cancelar o produto. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA.
Bad service, when they answer the phone. You make several calls there and don't answer. Boletos don't arrive for payment and I pay interest every month and I can't cancel the product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

O fornecedor do serviço teria que ter a consciência de prestar serviço em uma área exclusivamente turísticane a decência de entender que é neste período que precisamos de assistência tecnica. Recebem os valores dos boletos durante todo o ano e agora, no período de temporada, em que todos estamos utilizando de fato, ou tentando né? Não nos atendem, !!! Malas!!!!!
