★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde o dia 22/02 aguardando um técnico da RCA para verificar o problema da minha internet, todas as vezes que ligo é o que meu pedido já se encontra com o técnico, será que uma empresa com este tamanho só possui um tecnico para atender aperibe ?Total descaso com o consumidor, fico aguardando o tecnico e ele nunca vem. O pior é não ter concorrência de outra internet, para que a gente receba um serviço de qualidade e poder escolher o melhor. Nota 0!
I have been waiting for an RCA technician since 22/02 to check the problem of my internet, every time I call is what my request is already with the technician, will a company of this size only have a technician to attend Total disregard for the consumer, I'm waiting for the technician and he never comes. The worst is not having competition from another internet, so that we receive a quality service and choose the best. Note 0!
