Ao adentrar, fui surpreendido por uma gerente aparentemente tentando resolver o problema de uma cliente que literalmente falou "não quero mais este 'produto', porque vocês não resolvem o problema dele." A atendente, ao me ver com um monitor sobre o balcão, apenas disse: "Se tiver mais de três anos e fora da garantia, nós não consertamos." Eu apenas disse: "Boa tarde e obrigado." E me retirei da loja.
Fora isto, não tenho mais o que dizer.
Tight space and cold service. Upon entering, I was surprised by a manager apparently trying to solve a client's problem who literally said "I don't want this 'product' anymore, because you don't solve his problem." The attendant, seeing me with a monitor over the counter, just said, "If it's more than three years old and out of warranty, we won't fix it." I just said, "Good afternoon and thanks." And I left the store.
Other than that, I have nothing more to say.
