Com relação aos ônibus foram sempre o que foi acertado no ato da contratação e qdo precisou eles trocaram com rapidez e eficiência! Com relacao aos horários sempre cumpriram com o combinado. Com relação aos motoristas eu tive um aborrecimento terrível, o motorista dormiu a viagem toda eu precisei parar diversas vezes para ele tomar café e ficar gritando para ele não dormir aquela tarataruga sem casco só faz peso na terra.

With regard to buses, they were always what was agreed upon when hiring and when needed they exchanged quickly and efficiently! Regarding the schedules, they always kept to the agreed. Regarding the drivers I had a terrible annoyance, the driver slept the whole trip I had to stop several times for him to drink coffee and keep shouting for him not to sleep that shellfish only makes weight on the ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não Indico alugarem com a RCR. Fizemos excursão para Garanhuns em dezembro e o ônibus quebrou. Mandaram outro que demorou muito a chegar atrapalhando o andamento da nossa excursão. O ônibus já saiu com problemas de recife e em Garanhuns foi solicitado o reserva que só chegou por volta das 20:00. Desrespeito total pois somente o motorista ajudou. Ninguém da administração ligou para dar satisfação. Lamentável.
I do not recommend renting with RCR. We did an excursion to Garanhuns in December and the bus broke down. They sent another who took too long to get in the way of our tour. The bus has already left with reef problems and in Garanhuns the reservation was requested which only arrived around 20:00. Total disrespect because only the driver helped. No one from the administration called to give satisfaction. Unfortunate.

I've used it before (had been well attended) but since last week I asked for a quote and was only answered after a lot of insistence with the information that "we don't do service that way".
