★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não fizeram o serviço direito no meu carro, e pedir para trocar uma peça, me cobraram uma nova mas a velha continuou, o serviço não é de qualidade muito ruim mesmo.
Bad service, they didn't do the service right on my car, and ask to change a part, they charged me for a new one but the old one continued, the service is not of very bad quality at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de lugar, precisei de uma assistência na parte do varao do câmbio, falaram que iriam fazer, voltei lá 2 vezes pra poder resolver o carro e nn resolveu, sempre tirando um mecânico do meu carro pra fazer outra é sempre com a ignorância do Robson e o que manda la, após todas as coisas de ruim ainda tive a dor de cabeça no final do dia pra poder procurar outro lugar pra resolver meu problema, bom pelo menos devolveram meu dinheiro e agr tô arrumando. Nn indico a ninguém nenhum serviço de lá. Agradeço muito aos funcionários Matheus e Filipe pela super atenção que tiveram com o carro mais o próprio gerente sla oq ele e, nn teve ética alguma de sentar e resolver o problema do cliente
A rubbish place, I needed assistance with the gearshift, they said they would do it, I went back there twice to be able to fix the car and nn did it, always taking a mechanic out of my car to do another one, it's always with the ignorance of the Robson and the boss, after all the bad things I still had the headache at the end of the day to be able to look elsewhere to solve my problem, well at least they returned my money and I'm fixing it. I nn recommend to anyone any services there. I am very grateful to the employees Matheus and Filipe for the super attention they paid to the car, plus the manager himself, he didn't have any ethics to sit down and solve the customer's problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, minha primeira visita e compra a alguns anos quando eles haviam aberto foi boa. Em 2022 já com outro carro achei que faltou um pouco de presteza e atenção. Essa ideia de colocar outras peças novas nos tira do sério. Cliente não gosta disso e se não for extremamente necessário deixa do jeito que está. Não sou especialista mais noção devemos ter sobre o produto que estamos buscando. Esqueceram de ligar o sensor de velocidade e a Ré é 5° marcha não estava entrando tive que retornar mais uma vez para desmontar e resolver. Em fim, sou neutra em relação a esse local por ter tido duas experiências diferentes.
Well, my first visit and purchase a few years ago when they opened was good. In 2022 already with another car I thought it lacked a little bit of readiness and attention. This idea of putting on other new pieces really freaks us out. Customer doesn't like it and if it's not extremely necessary, leave it the way it is. I'm not an expert, but we should have a better idea of the product we're looking for. They forgot to turn on the speed sensor and Reverse is 5th gear it wasn't coming in I had to go back one more time to disassemble and solve it. Finally, I am neutral about this place because I had two different experiences.
