★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um servico com eles em 3.04.2018. Encontraram um vazamento mas o problema continuou. Desde então tenho solicitado que voltem pra arrumar pois o problema continua. O tal Ricardo marcou e desmarcou várias vezes. Sempre tem uma desculpa para não aparecer e terminar o serviço. Desisti. Vou contratar outra pessoa. NÃO RECOMENDO. Se insistirem, fiquem em cima e NÃO PAGUEM até terem certeza que o servico foi feito. Infelizmente são funcionários da própria SABESP que o indicam pq já trabalhou lá. Ele vem com uma estória de que tem "ar no cano" e vende uma válvula carissima (R$170,00) a qual NÃO RESOLVE O PROBLEMA. Gastei e vou ter que contratar um profissional pq esse é pra lá de amador.
I did a service with them on 3.04.2018. They found a leak but the problem continued. Since then I have asked them to come back to fix it because the problem continues. This Ricardo scored and deselected several times. There is always an excuse for not showing up and finishing the job. I gave up. I'll hire someone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you insist, stay on top and DO NOT PAY until you are sure the service has been done. Unfortunately, they are employees of SABESP who indicate that they have already worked there. He comes with a story that he has "air in the pipe" and sells a very expensive valve (R $ 170.00) which DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I spent and I will have to hire a professional because this is beyond amateur.
