Passados 2 dias da troca, sentimos um problema no áudio. Entrei em contato com eles por whatsapp e prontamente falaram para voltar lá. Levamos o celular, viram a incompatibilidade de um componente, fizeram a troca por outra tela e está perfeito! A equipe é muito educada, solícita e faz um trabalho impecável. Nota 10.
We would like to congratulate the team at the RD Celulares store for the excellent service. We went to change the screen of the Samsung Galaxy M31. The service was done within minutes! Two days after the exchange, we experienced an audio problem. I got in touch with them via whatsapp and they promptly told me to go back there. We took the cell phone, saw the incompatibility of a component, exchanged it for another screen and it's perfect! The staff are very polite, helpful and do an impeccable job. Grade 10.
