 Keeping in touch over the phone is impossible, the digital platform leaves something to be desired, booking in hotels or inns with slightly higher quality is difficult, there is almost never availability.

e ainda por cima renovam seu plano se autorização..
Se estivesse visto no reclami aqui tanta reclamação não tinha fechado ,,e quero o meu dinheiro de volta ..
Terrible, when you close and one thing is said, when you are going to book the trip it is totally different... misleading advertising..
and on top of that they renew their plan if authorization..
If I had been seen in the complaint here so many complaints would not have closed, and I want my money back..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou avaliando com uma estrela, pois não tem a possibilidade de não por nenhuma, antes de aderir ao plano da RDC, possuía o SBTUR, o qual troquei pelo simples fato de haver uma divergência em uma determinada reserva, dai ouvi falar da RDC e fiz a contratação, dai entro naquele ditado, se arrependimento matasse, eu estaria morto com certeza. A mensalidade é relativamente aceitável, porém eu me pergunto, ou me baseio no plano antigo que eu tinha com a SBTUR, além de ser algo benéfico para o associado, ele deve te trazer agilidade e claro que uma economia quando pensado em fazer uma reserva direta em qualquer hotel, resort, enfim....mas não, até hoje de todas as reservar que fiz, todas saem mais caro, isso mesmo mais caro, não existe qualquer tipo de vantagem, a única vantagem teoricamente seria tu pagar mensalmente o plano, para no momento da reserva utilizar das diárias, sem ser necessário desembolsar tanto dinheiro, mas além de utilizar das mesmas, sempre há a necessidade de um incremento financeiro, e sem falar que renovaram meu plano sem meu consentimento, e não consigo cancelar, vou ter que cumprir, infelizmente hoje é cada vez mais notório instituições a fim de somente ganhar, e não lhe trazer benefícios algum, muito triste!
I'm evaluating it with one star, because there's no possibility of not putting any, before joining the RDC plan, I had the SBTUR, which I changed for the simple fact that there was a divergence in a certain reservation, then I heard about the RDC and did hiring, hence I get into that saying, if regret could kill, I would be dead for sure. The monthly fee is relatively acceptable, but I wonder, or am I based on the old plan I had with SBTUR, in addition to being something beneficial for the member, it should bring you agility and, of course, an economy when thinking about making a direct reservation in any hotel, resort, anyway....but no, until today of all the bookings I've made, they're all more expensive, that's right, more expensive, there is no type of advantage, the only advantage theoretically would be for you to pay the plan monthly , to use the daily rates at the time of booking, without having to pay so much money, but in addition to using them, there is always a need for a financial increase, and not to mention that they renewed my plan without my consent, and I cannot cancel, I will have to comply, unfortunately today it is increasingly notorious institutions in order to only gain, and not bring you any benefits, very sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A RDC começa com uma ótima proposta e no fim apenas decepciona. Uma empresa que não coloca o cliente em primeiro lugar. Cheguei a perder 9 diárias mas continuei achando que era algo por causa da pandemia. Hoje tive outra experiência e perdi outra diária. Atendimento não visa solução apenas tentam manter o cliente para continuar a receber as mensalidades. Tive um prejuízo junto a empresa mas o que realmente fica é saber que posso evitar que quem leia essa avaliação esteja previnido antes de fechar contrato.
The RDC starts with a great proposal and in the end it just disappoints. A company that doesn't put the customer first. I even lost 9 nights but I kept thinking it was something because of the pandemic. Today I had another experience and lost another daily. Customer service is not aimed at a solution, they only try to keep the customer to continue receiving the monthly payments. I had a loss with the company but what really remains is knowing that I can prevent anyone who reads this review from being warned before closing a contract.
