Com relação a locação foi tudo ótimo no quesito corretora (excelente) e a Advogada da empresa também é otima. Porém na entrada da empresa a pessoa com que mais teriamos que relacionar é péssima... mal educada, nunca resolve nada que solicitado... péssima funcionária o nome dela é Paola. Antes de finalizar a locação já começou o pessimo atendimento, arrogância e prepotência. Não resolve nada que é requerido. Cumprimos com nossas obrigações e não aceitamos total desleixo no atendimento. Estamos pensando seriamente em pagar a multa e entregar o imóvel por causa dela. Só não fizemos ainda, pois estamos procurando apartamento no mesmo condomínio, pois adoramos o local!

Falam mau do proprietário para o morador e mau do morador para o proprietário e eles sempre são os bonzinhos .
