★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito Ruim, não tiveram a menor consideração comigo, nem mesmo me deram retorno. E isso depois de me pedirem para tirar certidão de escritura e visitarem o imóvel. Liguei algumas vezes para o corretor, mandei mensagem no zap e nem mesmo satisfação me deram. Total falta de respeito com o cliente, uma grande decepção.
A Remax de Porto Seguro, uma verdadeira decepção, pois os procurei com a intenção de lhes entregar um imóvel na Passarela do Álcool para que vendessem, mas infelizmente só encontrei descaso e desrespeito. Remax nunca mais, nota zero.
Very Bad, they didn't have the slightest consideration for me, they didn't even give me a return. And this after they asked me to get a deed certificate and visit the property. I called the broker a few times, sent a message on zap and they didn't even give me satisfaction. Total lack of respect for the customer, a big disappointment.
Remax in Porto Seguro, a real disappointment, because I looked for them with the intention of giving them a property on Passarela do Álcool for them to sell, but unfortunately I only found neglect and disrespect. Remax never again, zero grade.
