★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Eric e do Márcio é impecável, mas a qualidade do serviço consegue ser ainda melhor! Meu colchão está sofrido, coitado, mas depois de conhecer a Re9 jamais terei esse problema porque o carinho e profissionalismo dá gosto de se ver.
Foram super pontuais na chegada à minha residência e mega pacientes com todas as minhas dúvidas, me explicando todo o processo de forma clara pra que eu também pudesse acompanhar com mais conhecimento do assunto. No dia seguinte ao serviço, ainda recebi um suporte maravilhoso. O Eric teve toda a preocupação em saber como o colchão ficou depois, genuinamente preocupado com a qualidade do serviço prestado.
Amei demais! Vou contratar muuuuitas outras vezes!!
Eric and Márcio's service is impeccable, but the quality of service can be even better! My mattress is suffering, poor thing, but after meeting Re9 I will never have this problem because the care and professionalism is a pleasure to see.
They were super punctual on arrival at my residence and mega patients with all my doubts, explaining the whole process clearly so that I could also follow up with more knowledge of the subject. The day after the service, I still received wonderful support. Eric was very concerned to know how the mattress was afterwards, genuinely concerned with the quality of the service provided.
I loved it too much! I will hire sooo many other times!!

No dia seguinte entraram em contato para um feed back , quando enviei a foto, já agendaram o retorno. E ficou perfeito adorei ao resultado. Parabéns super indico.
Excellent work, and what they say they really deliver, my sofa after cleaning the next day a stain appeared, as the technician explained to me that it could occur.
The next day they got in touch for a feed back, when I sent the photo, they already scheduled the return. And it was perfect, I loved the result. Congratulations, I highly recommend.

Realizei uma cotação de valores antes. E qdo falei com o Erick ele foi o único quem me passou todas as informações de como funciona a higienização.
E então agendei a data para a realização do serviço.
Os dois trabalham super bem.
O Erick e o Márcio. Eles vão fazendo o serviço e explicando cada detalhe, inclusive os produtos que usam.
Fiquei muito satisfeita com o serviço, sem contar no cheirinho maravilhoso que deixou no meu colchão.

I made a price quote before. And when I spoke to Erick he was the only one who gave me all the information on how hygiene works.
And then I scheduled the date for the service to be performed.
Both work very well.
