Empresa focada demais em digitalizar o processo e desumanizar a entrevista de RH, a tal ponto de apesar ter 15 anos na área e 2 graduações, o Dashboard indica que a minha empregabilidade é de apenas 34%.
Mas qual critério?
Imediatamente excluí meu cadastro, pois a empresa estava comprometendo meu perfil junto ao mercado de trabalho.
I did a selection process that lasted more than 30 days with a meaningless online questionnaire and an interview with the recruiter who asked how I can sell a bottle of leaky water.
Company too focused on digitizing the process and dehumanizing the HR interview, to the point that despite having 15 years in the area and 2 degrees, the Dashboard indicates that my employability is only 34%.
But what criteria?
I immediately deleted my registration, as the company was compromising my profile with the job market.
