★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe empresa ruim, mas existe a Real Alagoas que consegue superar todas as expectativas. Em plena pandemia os cuidados com as medidas de sanitização não estão sendo tomados. Peguei um ônibus hoje que até band-aid usado tinha dentro do ônibus. Será que a equipe da limpeza não viu isso ou é praxe da empresa economizar custos com a limpeza dos veículos? Esse comentário é apenas mais um de tantos outros problemas que já passei com a empresa, em outra oportunidade o ônibus quebrou em Xexéu e ficamos cerca de 4h na estrada esperando outro ônibus, a empresa não se ofereceu a pagar um café. Lamentável esse tipo de conduta.
There is a bad company, but there is Real Alagoas that manages to exceed all expectations. In the middle of a pandemic, care with sanitation measures is not being taken. I took a bus today that even used band-aid had inside the bus. Did the cleaning team not see this or is it the company's practice to save costs on cleaning vehicles? This comment is just one of so many other problems that I have been through with the company, on another occasion the bus broke down in Xexéu and we stayed about 4 hours on the road waiting for another bus, the company did not offer to pay for coffee. This type of conduct is unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parabéns!!!!! Já viajei muito pela Real Alagoas, ônibus novos, limpos, entradas USB em casa poltrona para carregar o celular, realmente são ônibus confortáveis e motoristas educados. Eles superam com toda certeza a concorrência, ex: na linha Recife X Aracaju só a Real Alagoas disponibiliza o Leito Cama e com preços bem acessíveis ao cliente, conforto total.
Nota 10 para o semi-leito, leito, e o Leito-Cama, continuem assim, sempre superando a concorrência em tudo.
Congratulations!!!!! I've traveled a lot through Real Alagoas, new, clean buses, USB ports in my armchair to charge my cell phone, they really are comfortable buses and polite drivers. They certainly outperform the competition, ex: in the Recife X Aracaju line, only Real Alagoas offers the Leito Cama and at very affordable prices for the customer, total comfort.
Note 10 for the semi-bed, bed, and the bed-bed, keep it up, always outperforming the competition in everything.
