★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da minha vida! Desrespeito extremo ao passageiro. Ao chegar tive a notícia que só havia um ônibus por dia, até aí tudo bem! Comprei a passagem, por sinal o atendendo Sr. MOISÉS foi extremamente cordial. Porém o ônibus atrasou cerca de 40 minutos para sair após o horário estimado ( 08:00. E pior! Ao subir identifiquei que a poltrona que comprei havia sido vendida. O ônibus estava lotado assim como eu mais de 4 pessoas passaram pelo mesmo problema, inclusive idosos! UMA FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO INACEITÁVEL TRATANDO-SE DE UMA EMPRESA QUE EXISTE A TANTOS ANOS!
APÓS 1 HR, Conseguiram um carro terceirzado de sairia de Maceió 10 nos buscar aqui no horário previsto de 12:00 hrs.
Worst experience of my life! Extreme disrespect to the passenger. When I arrived I had the news that there was only one bus a day, so far so good! I bought the ticket, by the way the attending Mr. Moses was extremely cordial. But the bus took about 40 minutes to leave after the estimated time (08:00 am and worse!) When I went upstairs, I identified that the seat I had bought had been sold, the bus was full, just as I had more than 4 people, including the elderly! A LACK OF UNACCEPTABLE PROFESSIONALISM TREATING A COMPANY THAT EXISTS SO MANY YEARS!
AFTER 1 HR, You got a car out of Maceió 10 departing to pick us here at the scheduled time of 12:00 hrs.
