A fabricante disse q teria q ser com a assistencia tecnica. Meu problema não foi resolveido. Vou procurar outra autorizada de assitencia tecnica.
I bought a heater that stopped working in 4 months, I got in touch and they sent me the heater manual and informed me to solve the problem with the manufacturer. The manufacturer said that it would have to be with technical assistance. My problem has not been solved. I'll look for another authorized technical assistance.
