★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Recebi diagnóstico de problema na bobina do ar condicionado. Fizeram orçamento, autorizei o serviço e não resolveu. Virou para o compressor. Resolvi fechar a OS e ainda paguei R$300,00 de um serviço orçado em R$370,00 para o ar condicionado não funcionar. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas indicam serviços que não são realmente essenciais para o automóvel, ou seja, são feitos reparos que não precisariam ser realizados tão cedo, pelo menos dizem que foram feitos. Levamos o carro três vezes em uma semana o que totalizou mais de 4 mil reais em manutenção e ainda não ficou 100%. A área mecânica é muito ingrata, difícil achar pessoas honestas e que queiram ajudar a reduzir os custos do cliente, eles se aproveitam muitas vezes da ignorância ou inocência de alguns clientes que não entendem direito sobre peças e serviços automotivos. Triste realidade...
Só sei que essa empresa tem tudo pra ser boa, porque tem ótima estrutura e equipamentos, precisa só humanizar mais a equipe, principalmente o gerente Marcelo.

We took the car three times in a week which totaled more than 4 thousand reais in maintenance and still has not been 100%. The mechanical area is very ungrateful, it is difficult to find honest people and who want to help reduce customer costs, they often take advantage of the ignorance or innocence of some customers who do not fully understand automotive parts and services. Sad reality...
I just know that this company has everything to be good, because it has great structure and equipment, it just needs to humanize the team more, especially the manager Marcelo.
