★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que compro nesse estabelecimento e eles enviam o lanche para passear em Alphaville. Eles informaram que meu lanche iria atrasar um pouco, mas depois descobrir o motivo do atraso com o entregador. Paguei o frete e o lanche deveria vir diretamente para a minha casa, mas eles costumam enviar mais de dois lanches no mesmo entregador e o lanche foi dar uma voltinha de 25 minutos. Enquanto, o Alphaville come lanche quente, o Barueri come lanche e batata frios. Real Burguer, pensem um pouco no que estão fazendo, o segundo cliente que irá receber o lanche tem que torcer para que o primeiro cliente seja rápido e não enrole na retirada do lanche na portaria do prédio, se ele atrasar, seu lanche chegará mais frio ainda. Felizmente, essa foi a última vez que comprei nesse estabelecimento, espero que o povão de Barueri fiquem espertos com a palhaçada que vocês fazem na entrega do lanche.
 It's not the first time I shop at this establishment and they send the snack to walk around Alphaville. I paid the shipping and the snack was supposed to come directly to my house, but they usually send more than two snacks to the same delivery person and the snack went for a 25-minute walk. While Alphaville eats hot snacks, Barueri eats cold snacks and potatoes. Real Burguer, think about what you're doing, the second customer who will receive the snack has to hope that the first customer is quick and doesn't get caught up in the pick-up at the entrance of the building, if he's late, his snack will arrive colder yet. Fortunately, this was the last time I shopped at this establishment, I hope the people of Barueri are smart with the clowning that you do when delivering the snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonei para fazer um pedido e quando falei que não tinha cadastro, desligaram o telefone e bloquearam o meu numero, Tive que ligar de um aparelho não identificado e no qual foi atendido prontamente, pois com o numero no qual me identifiquei não foi possível. Tentei argumentar com a atendente sobre o péssimo atendimento, a mesma não queria deixar eu falar, o qual acabei me exaltando e até aplicando termos não comuns na minha comunicação. O desprezo e a falta de respeito para com quem está pagando por um serviço é notório. Não recomento esta empresa, ou são incapazes de fornecer um serviço de qualidade ou os produtos são questionáveis, pois não houve o menor interesse no atendimento.
I phoned to place an order and when I said I had no registration, they hung up the phone and blocked my number. I had to call from an unidentified device, which was answered promptly, as the number in which I identified myself was not possible. I tried to argue with the attendant about the poor service, she didn't want to let me talk, which I ended up exalting myself and even applying unusual terms in my communication. The contempt and lack of respect for those who are paying for a service is notorious. I do not recommend this company, or they are unable to provide a quality service or the products are questionable, as there was no interest in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente um lugar onde vegetariano não tem vez, o Real Burguer me surpreendeu com seu atendimento e com o próprio local.
Os combos ofertados de semana podem ser personalizados para o hambúrguer vegetariano de berinjela, que é uma delícia! Nunca havia provado um hambúrguer de berinjela e estava com medo de ser muito forte o gosto, mas me surpreendeu.
O que me surpreendeu também foi o tamanho da refeição. No combo vem uma porção de batatas e uma bebida, que pode ser uma lata de refrigerante ou uma garrafa de 500ml de chá. Junto com o tamanho do hambúrguer eu duvido que este almoço deixe alguém com fome.
Fui em duas ocasiões no Real Burguer e, em ambas, as atendentes (que eram diferentes) foram super gentis e não tiveram problemas em sanar minhas dúvidas.
Um conselho: caso prefira um chá mais doce então pegue os sachês de açúcar dentro do ambiente com fliperama (SIM ELES TEM UM FLIPERAMA) para adoçar sua bebida. Em ambas as ocasiões que fui tomei o chá matte e ele é totalmente amargo!
Resumo: Ótimo local para experimentar um delicioso hambúrguer vegetariano e comer bem. Vale também para um momento relax com os colegas ou pessoa especial, ainda mais que os preços são MUITO competitivos.
Apparently a place where vegetarian has no time, Real Burguer surprised me with his care and with the place itself.
The combos offered for the week can be customized to the vegetarian eggplant burger, which is a delight! I had never tasted an eggplant burger and was afraid of being too strong the taste, but it surprised me.
What surprised me was also the size of the meal. In the combo comes a portion of potatoes and a drink, which can be a can of soda or a bottle of 500ml of tea. Along with the size of the burger I doubt this lunch will leave anyone hungry.
I went on two occasions at Real Burguer and in both, the attendants (who were different) were super kind and had no problem correcting my doubts.
Advice: If you prefer a sweeter tea then take the sachets of sugar inside the arcade environment (YES THEY HAVE A FLIPERAMA) to sweeten your drink. On both occasions I went I took the matte tea and it is totally bitter!
Summary: Great place to try a delicious vegetarian burger and eat well. Well worth it for a relaxing time with colleagues or special person, even more that the prices are VERY competitive.

Os pedidos chegam frios e ao levar a reclamação ao restaurante, a pessoa de atendimento culpa o Ifood por demora para encontrar entregadores e pronto, não pedem desculpas pelo ocorrido, não agradecem o pedido, não falam que vão investigar o que aconteceu - é somo se.ja estivesse acostumados e.pronto. tem restaurantes na região muito mais concorridos com atendimento melhor e tempo de entrega até 1 hora e não 2 pra um hambúrguer e fritas. Presencialmente a experiência é infinitamente melhor. Não indico o delivery, péssimo.
I ordered a simple snack and potato through a delivery app and for the 3rd time it took 2 hours to arrive. The orders arrive cold and when taking the complaint to the restaurant, the service person blames Ifood for the delay in finding deliverers and that's it, they don't apologize for what happened, they don't thank the order, they don't say they'll investigate what happened - it's just like .already used to it and.ready. there are much more popular restaurants in the region with better service and delivery time of up to 1 hour and not 2 for a hamburger and fries. In person, the experience is infinitely better. I don't indicate the delivery, terrible.
