Como o sistema de venda não é eletrônico (sim, é manual), eles não conseguem controlar de forma correta e exata as poltronas já vendidas, isso acontece muito nos períodos de festas/feriados e o resultado é muito tumulto dentro do ônibus com passagens vendidas em duplicidade. Infelizmente a empresa é a única na rota dela e o consumidor é obrigado a enfrentar tudo isso para viajar.
