★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não dá suporte pós instalações. Desmarcam em cima da hora suas visitas técnicas pós instalações. Não solucionou o problema de VAZAMENTO no telhado e disse que ficaria 100%. Não indico. Não há suporte!
The company does not support post installations. Deselect your post-installation technical visits at the last minute. It did not solve the problem of LEAK on the roof and said it would be 100%. I do not indicate. There is no support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria aqui em público pedir desculpas aos clientes não contente com nosso atendimento pois somos uma empresa muito bem indicado no mercado e muitas das vezes não conseguimos atender a todos nós perdoe ,aos que falam palavras indevida eu só tenho uma pergunta a empresa se dispõe a qualquer tipo de dados causadas pela empresa sendo que se é que isso é verdade que pegamos o dinheiro e sumimos gostaria de lê direcionar ao Procon de Mogi das cruzes e a primeira delegacia mais perto pois estamos a disposição a esse tipo de comentário infeliz ,a outra cliente me desculpa nunca ouvi falar nem sei quem é mas estamos a disposição em horário comercial e o outro cliente comentário que jogou o dinheiro no lixo tenho fotos filmagem do ótimo serviço feito pela empresa pois o mesmo foi no Procon e orientamos a ele apresenta laudo técnico informando que realmente era erro da empresa real calhas e serralheria e o mesmo preferiu arrumar o telhado que era a real necessidade do serviço , agradeço a todos os clientes fiéis e amigos e que realmente conhece a nossa conduta ,de sempre buscar o melhor a cada dia que passa e sendo humilde de aceitar nossos erros da qual os três clientes comentarista não tem nada verdadeiro a comentar ,se tiver estou a disposição da justiça pra qualquer possível erro ,mas sei que não muito obrigado ,real calhas e serralheria agradece
I would here in public apologize to customers not content with our service because we are a very well indicated company in the market and many times we can not meet all of us forgive, those who speak wrong words I only have one question the company if it disposes to any type of data caused by the company being that if it is true that we took the money and went missing would like to read direct to Procon de Mogi of the crosses and the first police station closer because we are available to this kind of unfortunate comment, the other customer I'm sorry I never heard or know who it is but we are available during business hours and the other customer comment that threw the money in the trash I have photos filming of the great service done by the company because the same was in Procon and we advise him to present technical report informing that really was the company's real gutters and locksmith and the same preferred to tidy up the roof that was the real need of the service I thank all loyal customers and friends and who really knows our conduct, always seek the best with each passing day and being humble to accept our mistakes of which the three client commentator has nothing real to comment, if you have I am at the disposal of justice for any possible mistake, but I know not thank you, real gutters and locksmiths thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de qualidade e bom preço .infelizmente temos clientes oportunistas que querem resolver vazamentos fora do orçamento pelo simples fato de ter feito partes do serviço com nossa empresa .Mas tudo eu acho q pra isso existe um órgão público a qual atende o consumidor chamado Procon assim que acionado nossa empresa rapidamente esclarecerá com até mesmo engenheiros técnico se necessário .pois só assim chegaremos a um acordo bom pra dias partes enteressadas .a empresa só lamenta esse tipo de atitude por meio mais covardes de certos clientes pois os mesmos conhecem leis e sabem que qualquer ações movidas indevidamente e sem fundamento será custiado todo prejuízo da ação a parte errada e com isso é mais fácil ir por meio mais fácil de caluniar. Mesmo assim a empresa continua sendo grato pela preferencia e agradecemos a todos nossos clientes fiéis Deus abençoe a todos
Quality service and good price. Unfortunately we have opportunistic customers who want to solve leaks out of budget simply because they have done parts of the service with our company. that triggered our company will quickly clarify with even technical engineers if necessary. then only this way we will reach a good agreement for interested parties days. the company only regrets this type of attitude through more cowards of certain customers because they know laws and know that any actions wrongly and unfounded will be paid every loss of the action the wrong part and with that it is easier to go through easier way to slander. Even so, the company continues to be grateful for the preference and we thank all of our loyal customers. God bless you all.
