★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um Honda City ano 2010, no momento da compra o carro estava perfeito porém tive alguns problemas durante e a pós a garantia.
Uma vibração estranha vindo do Carter do carro, onde foi solucionado ainda na garantia. E Pivot e Bandejas fixadas com pingos de solda, onde foi solucionado da seguinte forma:
Após o dono da loja(Adriano) ficar sabendo do ocorrido, me contatou e se dispôs a pagar 50% da manutenção realizada mesmo após o término da garantia da loja como pedido de desculpas, por esse detalhe ter passado despercebido na revisão.
Fiquei feliz pois o Adriano recebeu minhas críticas construtivas com muita disposição e se comprometeu a realizar os ajustes necessários para que a pós venda viesse a ter um serviço excelente assim como a pré-venda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pré venda é ótimo, você pergunta algo no whatsapp é respondido de bate pronto, no pós venda você pergunta e aguarda horas para ser respondido. fiz a compra do carro em 15 de dezembro paguei pela placa pelo despachante deles e me prometeram um polimento, resumindo em 6 de fevereiro quando cogitei a devolução do dinheiro do emplacamento, num passe de magíca a placa apareceu e o polimento ficou pra história mesmo, deixei queto por que vi que não iria sair mesmo e por que não foi eu que pedi, e sim, me foi oferecido. Pena, tinha tudo para ter sido uma ótima experiencia, mas por falta de habilidade deles, ficou a desejar.

Educados, prestativos e pacientes em explicar passo a passo do processo de compra e venda de carros de maneira que o cliente não fique com a menor dúvida.
Local seguro para se fazer negócio. Antes de ir até a Real Car passei em diversos outros lugares e em nenhum lugar encontrei o que achei lá.

Safe place to do business. Before going to Real Car I went to several other places and nowhere did I find what I found there.

Foi a primeira vez que vendi um carro para uma loja, que não fosse concessionaria, confesso estar insegura no começo ... Mas me surpreendi, foi tudo bem melhor do que eu esperava!! Talvez pelos anos de mercado, desde 1997.
Eles são organizados, rápidos, eficientes, ágeis e cortês.
Fazem toda parte burocratica e o melhor o pagamento é na hora.
Ainda tem um cafezinho c/ browne, show!

They are organized, fast, efficient, agile and courteous.
They do all the bureaucratic part and the best payment is on time.
