★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pedi as camisetas ontem para retirar hoje, fui buscar nenhuma delas estavam prontas. Era pra mim ter retirado as 14:00 as mesmas ficaram prontas as 17:00, o atendimento da Grazi foi horrível a mesma foi mal educada e faltou com respeito, falta de comunicação entre os funcionários. Os unicos funcionários que nós trataram bem foi o que fica na maquina de sublimação e a que estava perto que ajudou também.
 Terrible, I asked for the shirts yesterday to take off today, I went to get none of them ready. I was supposed to withdraw at 14:00, they were ready at 17:00, Grazi's service was horrible, she was rude and lacked respect, lack of communication between employees. The only employees that treated us well were the ones on the sublimation machine and the one that was nearby that helped too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ai você efetua o pagamento através do PIX pelo WhatsApp, informa o modelo e confirma tudinho, avisa que vai retirar em tal hora e pensa que agilizaram o processo. Chegando lá não tinham feito, ainda as funcionárias simplesmente olharam pra mim e falou "está lá na frente" me dirigir até o balcão da frente informo ao outro funcionário que elas me avisaram que estava lá, ele fica procurando e não acha, por que no final não estava pronto, só tinha a arte para passar para a almofada... Faz sentido? Sorte que é um procedimento rápido, porém por deixar avisado sobre a retirada e já estar PAGO, era o mínimo já estar pronta e me atenderem com respeito e não de qualquer jeito!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pensar em pedir algo, vá até a loja. Pedir pelo whats é uma cilada sem tamanho. A arte chegou aqui muito diferente do que pedi, e simplesmente não fizeram nada pra resolver. Atendimento péssimo, sem vontade nenhuma de manter o cliente. Lendo os comentários aqui, bom, perderam mais um.
If you think about ordering something, go to the store. Asking for whats is a sizeless trap. The art arrived here very different from what I asked for, and they simply didn't do anything to resolve it. Terrible service, with no desire to keep the customer. Reading the comments here, well, they missed another one.

Uma falta de compromisso muito grande
Se não consegue atender a demanda não venda...Estou aqui igual uma planta esperando chegar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,fui questionar o porque eles não colocaram um suporte de relógio de cerâmica fui questionado ,que eu que deveria conferir antes de levar sendo que se vc está vendendo um produto tem que vim completo funcionando perfeitamente sem que precise passar por esse transtorno atendente e um rapaz super ingnorantes ,não recomendo péssimo ,enrolam de mais são irônicos quando vc vai perguntar do seu produto que vc está pagando não recomendo atendimento e prestação de serviço lixo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionárias lerdas, mal educadas, uma pessoa que fica no caixa que se diz gerente e não resolve exatamente nada.
Fiz uma encomenda simples, pelo Whats, perguntei se daria para retirar no outro dia as 14:00hrs, e foi confirmado que sim, que estaria pronto.
No outro dia no horário da retirada as 14:00hrs eles não haviam nem passado a arte para eu aprovar, isso pq fiquei pedindo a arte desde às 9:00hrs da manhã. Quando resolvi ir para loja às 17:00hrs para poder ver se já estava pronto, afinal já eram mais de 3 horas do combinado. Para minha surpresa não estava pronto, tive que ficar plantada mais de 30 minutos para conseguir pegar minha encomenda, pq já havia pago no dia anterior. Um verdadeiro descaso com clientes.
Terrible service, slow, poorly educated employees, a person who stays at the till who calls himself a manager and doesn't solve exactly anything.

To my surprise, it wasn't ready, I had to stay planted for more than 30 minutes to get my order, because I had already paid the day before. A real disregard for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, a moça que se diz gerente não resolve nada, todo momento que você chega as meninas estão trabalhando a um por hora. Se você faz o pedido por whatsapp seu pedido fica pronto só quando elas acharem que devem produzir, já que eu e outra pessoa fizemos um pedido simples para ser retirado 24h depois e apesar de terem confirmado que estaria pronto 14h, as 17h estávamos plantadas na loja esperando a boa vontade de produzirem o pedido, não recomendo pra ninguém, mesmo que vocês achem aqui o menor preço, não vale o estresse. Se pudesse dar 0 estrelas, daria.

E olha pras mulheres querendo comer com os olhos atendimento péssimo no WhatsApp era ótimo agora tá um verdadeiro lixo. Fazem algo pra mudar isso porque tá decepcionante
