★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me matriculei no curso de adobe Ilustrator, conversei com o professor que teria de perder 2 aulas por motivos de trabalho . O professor foi excelente, muito atencioso e tentou resolver meu problema informando que eu poderia assistir as aulas que iria perder na turma da tarde que ia comecar e ele seria o professor.
Desmarquei meus compromissos profissionais e quando fui conversar na recepcao e na gerencia da Real e Dados , eles nao fizeram o minimo esforco para resolver meu problema, disseram que a turma da tarde ja estava cheia e eu nao poderia assistir as aulas. Diante do descompromisso e descaso da gerencia em ajudar um aluno, fui obrigado a abandonar o curso e solicitar reembolso!
venho testemunhar que o professor foi exatamente o contrario da gerencia e da recepcao. Alem de ser um otimo professor , muito didatico e muito capaz, teve a maior boa vontade em resolver meu problema.
Acho que o proprietario deveria treinar melhor sua gerente , pois o curso e o emprego dela existem em funcao dos alunos, sem eles nao ha nada!
I enrolled in the Adobe Illustrator course, talked to the teacher who would have to miss 2 classes for work reasons. The teacher was excellent, very attentive and tried to solve my problem by informing me that I could attend the classes I would miss in the afternoon class that was going to start and he would be the teacher.
I cleared my professional commitments and when I went to talk to the reception and management of Real e Dados, they did not make the least effort to solve my problem, they said that the afternoon class was already full and I could not attend classes. Faced with the lack of commitment and neglect of the management in helping a student, I was forced to abandon the course and request a refund!
I come to testify that the teacher was exactly the opposite of management and reception. In addition to being a great teacher, very didactic and very capable, he had the greatest willingness to solve my problem.
I think the owner should train his manager better, because the course and her job exist depending on the students, without them there is nothing!
