★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de retorno pós venda . Efetuei a compra de um som automotivo da marca Multilaser , onde o mesmo foi testado , e constatou se que não funcionava . Até então tudo bem ... então me foi oferecido um som de uma outra marca (winner) , o mesmo foi instalado no meu carro e ficou bom . Mais quando eu fui embora para a minha casa , e reparei que o meu computador de bordo não estava funcionando e o meu controle de som no volante também não estava funcionando .( E detalhe me foi cobrado uma adaptação do chicote do rádio que me custou $20 e mais um adaptador da antena $10 . Acreditem as peças não valiam isso ). E para piorar mais ainda o sistema de BLUETOOTH PAROU!!!!!! Isso mesmo PAROU, de pois de eu ter usado menos de 2 horas . No dia seguinte levei o som para poder trocar e fizeram " jogo duro" dizendo que só poderia devolver o dinheiro com a autorização do dono . Então me ofereceram um vale de serviços que eu não aceitei . Pediram me para retornar mais tarde para falar direto com o dono . Voltei e depois de muito co versar ele (O dono) devolveu parte do meu dinheiro . Isso pq ele me cobrou mais $40 reais para reinstalar o meu rádio no lugar . Kkkkkkkkkkmkk ... Isso mesmo 40 reais para botar uma tomada e dois parafusos no lugar .
Enfim eles não são totalmente "CLAROS" na hora de vender os seus produtos . Fica a dica , não vá a essa "empresa" vcs vão economizar muito a paciência de vcs .
OBS: não me deram a NOTA FISCAL !!! Isso mesmo me deram só um recibo .
Poor after-sales return service. I purchased a Multilaser car stereo, where it was tested, and found that it didn't work. So far so good ... so I was offered a sound from another brand (winner), it was installed in my car and it was fine. But when I left for my house, I noticed that my on-board computer was not working and my sound control on the steering wheel was not working either. and another $ 10 antenna adapter. Believe me, the parts weren't worth it). And to make matters worse the BLUETOOTH system has stopped !!!!!! That's right STOPPED, since I used less than 2 hours. The next day I took the sound to be able to change it and they played "hard game" saying that I could only return the money with the owner's authorization. So I was offered a voucher for services that I didn't accept. They asked me to return later to speak directly with the owner. I came back and after a lot of talking he (the owner) returned part of my money. That because he charged me another $ 40 reais to reinstall my radio instead. Kkkkkkkkkkmkk ... That's 40 reais to put a socket and two screws in place.
Anyway they are not totally "CLEAR" when selling their products. Here's the tip, don't go to this "company" you will save a lot of your patience.
NOTE: they did not give me the FISCAL NOTE !!! That's right, they just gave me a receipt.
