I enjoyed the experience of negotiating with this company. The delivery took a while due to the rains, but everything worked out! The grass was emerald grass of excellent quality. Fair price! I recommend!

Uma vez cometi o erro de comprar grama com uma outra empresa mas deu tudo errado, entregaram menos metragem e fui muito mal atendido. Agora só compro grama com a RealGramas.
Trusted company. I've done business several times and never gave a problem. I was always very well attended by Adriana. I highly recommend it! I once made the mistake of buying grass with another company but it all went wrong, they delivered less footage and I was very poorly served. Now I only buy grass with RealGramas.

Apesar do preço não ser o melhor do mercado, acho que fiz uma boa compra pois soube que outras empresas vendem grama de baixa qualidade e contaminado com pragas. Foi um ótimo custo-benefício.
I bought Emerald Grass with RealGramas and it all worked out. I was very well attended the grass was of excellent quality. Although the price is not the best on the market, I think I made a good buy because I learned that other companies sell low quality grass and contaminated with pests. It was a great value for money.

So nao dou 5 estrelas porque o unico metodo de pagamento era `a vista (e no cartao, mas nao valia a pena) e eu fiquei muito desconfiada. Mas deu super certo. A grama veio de otima qualidade. Eu cotei com outra empresa, que era pelo menos 50 centavos mais barata, mas uma conhecida minha disse que a grama que ela comprou deles veio muito ruim e o atendimento era muito ruim tambem. Recomendo a RealGramas!
I really enjoyed doing business with RealGramas, I got excellent service. So I do not give 5 stars because the only payment method was the view (and the card, but it was not worth it) and I was very suspicious. But it worked out super. The grass came out of top quality. I checked with another company, which was at least 50 cents cheaper, but one of my acquaintances said that the grass that she bought from them came very bad and the service was very bad too. I recommend RealGramas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1200 m² de grama e ao receber identifiquei que parte da grama ( 174m²) estava com as folhas pretas e com esterco de gado sobre as leivas , entrei imediatamente em contato com a vendedora enviando fotos e o relato. Ela retornou dizendo que não precisava me preocupar com as folhas , o importante é as raízes , e que isso acontece com frequência voltando a crescer novas folhas. Passou 2 (dois) meses e nada de brotar, entrei novamente em contato com a vendedora que confirmou que não brotaria mais. Prontamente deixou a minha escolha a reposição da grama danificada sem custos ou a devolução do dinheiro equivalente a perda. Para minha supresa e decepção no dia seguinte quem me atendeu ao telefone foi um senhor que se apresentou como proprietário, e que me falou que NÃO devolveria nada, e que eu deveria ter devolvido a grama no ato do recebimento. Lembrando que entrei em contato no ato do recebimento , mas a orientação foi outra . Não tive problemas nos 1026 m² restantes , comomprovando que não foi o transporte ou o plantio o que originou o problema. Por isso NÃO recomendo a Real Gramas. (tenho as fotos vídeos e conversas que comprova o meu relato)
I bought 1200 m² of grass and when I received it I identified that part of the grass (174 m²) had black leaves and with cattle manure on the ridges, I immediately contacted the seller sending photos and the report. She returned saying that she didn't have to worry about the leaves, the important thing is the roots, and that this happens often with new leaves growing again. Two (2) months passed and nothing sprouted, I contacted the saleswoman again who confirmed that it would not sprout anymore. I quickly left my choice to replace the damaged grass free of charge or to return the money equivalent to the loss. To my surprise and disappointment the next day, the man who answered the phone was a man who introduced himself as the owner, who told me that he would NOT return anything, and that I should have returned the grass upon receipt. Remembering that I got in touch on receipt, but the orientation was different. I had no problems with the remaining 1026 m², proving that it was not transportation or planting that caused the problem. So I DO NOT recommend Real Gramas. (I have the photos, videos and conversations that my story proves)
