★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não cumpre com os horários, está sempre atrasada. Comprei uma passagem para 17h, com compromisso, contudo já são 19h e ainda não há previsão do ônibus sair da cidade de Palmas.
 Company does not meet schedules, is always late. I bought a ticket for 5 pm, with an appointment, however it is already 7 pm and there is still no timetable for the bus leaving Palmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente não dá! Tudo é precário nessa empresa, a começar pelos atendentes do guichê que não tem um pingo de educação. Imagino que seja reflexo da péssima empresa trabalham. Ônibus sucateados, atrasos em praticamente todas as rotas, funcionários despreparados, passagens absurdas de tão caras. 314,00 reais pra viajar no meio do lixo! Não indico pra ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caso tenha algum compromisso, não vá por esta empresa. Todas as vezes que eu viajei com eles, ficamos mais de 2 horas parados na rodoviária de Paraíso, esperando um outro ônibus para fazer conexão. Em relação ao conforto, o leito é muito bom! Já as poltronas da parte de cima do ônibus, não tem nem como falar sobre, simplesmente horrível.
If you have any commitments, don't go for this company. Every time I traveled with them, we stayed more than 2 hours at the Paraíso bus station, waiting for another bus to make a connection. Regarding comfort, the bed is very good! As for the seats at the top of the bus, there's no way to talk about them, just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus sempre saem com atrasos, muitas vezes superior a 2h. Apesar de indicado, não possuem Wi-Fi, TV, e os copos de água são quentes e insuficientes.
Alguns motoristas dirigem em alta velocidade.
Buses always leave late, often more than 2 hours. Although indicated, they do not have Wi-Fi, TV, and the glasses of water are hot and insufficient.
Some drivers drive at high speed.
