TERRIBLE! Very difficult to answer the phone, I would rent a house was all right, but they gave priority to the next one who would pay the bail insurance. They are without any professionalism! Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom aluguei uma casa uns anos atrás com eles, e a casa estava cheia de mofo, conversar com o dono para arrumar ou com a imobiliária não adiantou nada, eles não enviam o boleto do aluguel, você tem que ficar ligando e pedindo, eles não respondem seu email, e não respondem o whatsapp, resumindo não são atentos e muito menos profissionais com os seus clientes. Não recomendo.
Well, I rented a house a few years ago with them, and the house was full of mildew, talking to the owner to fix it or to the real estate agent didn't do any good, they don't send the rent slip, you have to keep calling and asking, they don't they answer your email, and do not answer whatsapp, in short they are not attentive and much less professional with their customers. I do not recommend.

Bad real estate, ignorant employees, they don't know how to serve the customer. They just want to know how to sell, now deliver what you've bought they're out. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até fechar contrato, é dado todo respaldo. Após é um lixo, aluguei uma casa e a vistoria não foi feita corretamente, resultado caiu uma viga na cabeça da minha cunhada. Quando falei com a atendente, a mesma me pediu desculpas porque, não balançaram a viga. Detalhe a minha cunhada correu risco de vida, fora isto a demora pra responder é de no mínimo um dia. Zero empatia.
Until the contract is signed, full support is given. After it's rubbish, I rented a house and the inspection was not done correctly, as a result a beam fell on my sister-in-law's head. When I spoke to the attendant, she apologized because they didn't rock the beam. Detail, my sister-in-law ran the risk of her life, other than that the delay in answering is at least one day. Zero empathy.
