★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava muito dessa loja e do atendimento ímpar da vendedora Geane, mas na data de hj (26/05/22) foi esclarecer um valor cobrado na nota fiscal, pois não havia comprado nada naquele valor e por menor que fosse gostaria de esclarecer, mas a gerente tratou-me como uma pessoa ignorante e não acreditou que eu não tinha levado nada naquele valor, disse que eu precisava levar toda minha compra com os códigos de barra para ela conferir, me humilhando na frente de outros clientes que estavam no local, fui humilhada e envergonhada pela gerente, tenho a nota fiscal e toda conversa gravada.
I really liked this store and the unique service provided by the saleswoman Geane, but on today's date (05/26/22) it was necessary to clarify an amount charged on the invoice, as I had not purchased anything at that value and, however small, I would like to clarify, but the manager treated me like an ignorant person and did not believe that I had not taken anything in that amount, said that I needed to take all my purchase with the bar codes for her to check, humiliating me in front of other customers who were in the place, I was humiliated and embarrassed by the manager, I have the invoice and every conversation recorded.
