Depois, infelizmente minha viagem foi cancelada pelo covid. Eles fizeram o cancelamento do seguro e o estorno do que paguei super rapidamente, sem burocracia. Obrigada, Real Seguros :)
Excellent company! They offered a value well below what I had quoted for travel insurance that I needed with a highly rated insurer on Reclame Aqui. Then unfortunately my trip was canceled by covid. They made the cancellation of the insurance and the refund of what I paid super quickly, without bureaucracy. Thank you Real Seguros :)
