It sucks, it always takes about 1 hour and the car is always very old, the drivers seem to be telemarketing attendants, they stay a lot on their cell phones. My tip is: Call an uber. I have an account at uber and I have tried several times to give chances to the taxi drivers of this company and it didn't work.

Terrible. I usually use a taxi and some taxi drivers are not qualified for the job. I think they finance a car and ask to drive. People, taxi drivers are professionals like any other, a vehicle is a weapon and the passenger is a customer. This company either retrains employees or gives up. What we can't do is keep paying to pass humiliation and embarrassment. I will cite two examples 30% discount? I disagree with this advertisement, for the following reasons: on 14/04, Saturday, at 19: 21h, I requested a taxi at 33141111. I was served here at Santos Dumont and the bill gave R $: 100.00, I asked, for the love of God the 30% discount and the taxi driver just gave me R $ 20.00. I asked three times if it was 30% of the value and he insisted it was. The taxi driver found it so 'good' that he asked to confirm my phones and add me on whatsapp. I think he thought that besides being rich, I also don't know how to count. I made a report of what happened to the central, after getting out of the taxi, and waiting a few minutes. Why ? Security issues, who deceives is capable of everything. As I forgot my house number, I asked the central to report it and she didn't give it to me in an attempt to appease the situation, asking the taxi driver to return the change. Result? He told the central that he had stopped with me in some places and that he had explained to me why he would not give the 30%. A BAD CONDITION, MISCONDUCTING, OF BAD CONDUCT AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CHARACTER. I would never deny a tip to a person who is in need, but it IS INADMISSIBLE that situations like this happen again. No person requests a taxi, Saturday night mainly, for fun. I ask the owner of the company Realtaxi Maceió to put me, please, in front of this taxi driver so that he can clear, omit and invent looking me in the eyes. Honesty is a MUST and not a quality. CHARACTER is the minimum that is expected of a human being. That is why Brazil has arrived where it arrived, the search for the advantage deceiving the other does not measure efforts. P.S.
