Retornei, pedindo para trocar, fui atendida por uma mulher com cabelos grisalhos, disse que eu poderia trocar por outro produto, sem sequer ir verificar nas prateleiras se havia outro para trocar. Ou seja, imagino que ela já sabia do vencimento próximo. Eu que não precisava de nenhum outro produto, pedi que devolvesse o dinheiro, ela disse que não poderia devolver. Então argumentei que em pouco tempo não seria possível usar todo o produto. Ela grossamente respondeu: "em salão usa todo o produto até o vencimento". Pois bem, não sou salão. Era uma cliente deles. Falei que acabaram de perder uma cliente. E não volto mais.

It was a customer of theirs. I told you they just lost a client. And I'm not coming back.
