Ontem as 23horas fiz um pedido e as 1hora da manhã tentei entrar em contato eles estavam on-line e não logo após desligaram o telefone !
Tive que rodar o Facebook tentando achar uma pessoa em algum grupo que tivesse feito um post e que tivesse relacionado a esse estabelecimento , enfim achei e quando chamei falando que tinha entrado e o ifood tinha encerrado a 00:30 é meu pedido ainda estava em andamento simplesmente me responderam isso➡️ “ O seu pedido foi preparado no tempo certo pela loja só que o IFOOD não mandou o entregador infelizmente nesse caso a loja não tem como ajudar porque a entrega é do IFOOD eles vão ressarcir de volta .”⬅️
Em nenhum momento eles entraram em contato comigo pelo ifood pra me informar sobre isso , porque poderia ter ido retirar até mas nada de entrar em contato .
Tô vindo até aqui pra apertar as pessoas sobre a falta de respeito com os clientes !!!

Yesterday at 11 pm I made an order and at 1 am I tried to get in touch they were online and not soon after they hung up!
I had to run Facebook trying to find a person in a group who had made a post and who had related to this establishment , I finally found it and when I called saying that I had entered and ifood had closed at 00:30 am my request was still in progress they simply answered that➡️ “Your order was prepared at the right time by the store but IFOOD did not send the delivery person unfortunately in this case the store cannot help because the delivery is from IFOOD they will reimburse you.”⬅️
At no point did they contact me on the ifood to inform me about it, because I could have gone to withdraw even but nothing to get in touch.
I'm coming here to push people about the lack of respect for customers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente que pede um lanche estando com visitas e demora quase 4horas para cancelar e ficar dando explicações como: o pedido ficou pronto no horário os entregadores que não vieram.
Usam outro nome no Ifood Souza -burguer Lanches e petiscos com ótimas avaliações mas o atendimento é péssimo . Não responde aos chamados e pedidos de explicações.
Fiquei muito constrangida .
Lack of respect for the customer who asks for a snack with visitors and takes almost 4 hours to cancel and keep giving explanations such as: the order was ready on time the delivery guys who didn't come.
They use another name at Ifood Souza -burguer Snacks and snacks with great reviews but the service is terrible. Does not respond to calls and requests for explanations.
I was very embarrassed.
