Recepcionista abril o portão e quando todos adentraram pediu um tanto arrogante para que "fechasse o portão", sem a menos pedir por favor. Irei fazer uma reclamação junto ao Detran.
 Very disorganized and time-consuming service. Very small room and has no demarcation to respect social distance. Receptionist April the gate and when everyone entered asked rather arrogantly to "close the gate", without the least asking please. I will file a complaint with Detran.
