Pessoal não se preocupa em honrar com seus compromissos. Levei meu pet no horário marcado, ao chegar disse que não pegaria naquele dia porque ela estava com pelo embolado e já estavam atrasados. Não pediram foto do animal, não perguntaram antes como estava, já pegaram ela antes da mesma forma, e hoje por causa do atraso deles ocasionado pela chuva não iriam honrar com o compromisso.
Perdeu uma cliente pela falta de compromisso e responsabilidade não indico mais a ninguém.
Aprendam a se organizar confiei na palavra de vocês prejudicaram inclusive os meus demais comprimissos. Dignos de um processo.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
Staff is not concerned with honoring their commitments. I took my pet at the scheduled time, when I arrived I said I wouldn't take it that day because she had a messy fur and they were already late. They didn't ask for a photo of the animal, they didn't ask how it was before, they took it before in the same way, and today because of their delay caused by the rain, they wouldn't honor the appointment.
Lost a client for lack of commitment and responsibility I no longer recommend to anyone.
Learn to organize, I trusted your word, even harmed my other sympathies. Worthy of a process.
