No dia 24 de dezembro de 2020 no horário das 10:30a.m , fui reclamar por uma compra de um chinelo feito no dia 27/11/20 , e que foi cobrado um valor excedente ao que constava na etiqueta do chinelo. Resumo: Fui maltrada, xingada de vários nomes e a operadora de caixa mandou uma das funcionárias chamar o primo dela que é policial para me intimidar. Depois de muito bate boca ela me devolveu o valor que foi cobrado a mais. ELES NÃO EMITEM NOTA FISCAL, SÓ SE A PESSOA PEDIR, e não emitir nota fiscal é CRIME TRIBUTÁRIO foi o que eu disse a ela.Diante de tudo isso vou fazer uma reclamação no procon. Em vez de: Um feliz natal, recebi xingamentos; Nunca passei por isso. Lamentável.
Terrible attendance. On December 24, 2020 at 10:30 a.m., I went to complain about a purchase of a slipper made on 11/27/20, and that an excess amount was charged to what was on the slipper label. Summary: I was abused, cursed by various names and the cashier sent one of the employees to call her cousin who is a police officer to intimidate me. After a lot of talking she gave me back the amount that was charged more. THEY DON'T ISSUE FISCAL NOTICE, ONLY IF THE PERSON IS ASKING, AND NOT ISSUING INVOICE IS TAX CRIME was what I said to her. Instead of: A merry Christmas, I received insults; I've never been there. Unfortunate.
