Quando foi vendido (por outra imobiliária, comprometida de verdade), avisei ao corretor e à imobiliária sobre a venda e, até hoje, mais de um mês após a negociação, ainda não retiraram o anúncio do imóvel das plataformas digitais. O comprador já me questionou sobre o fato. Sofri constrangimento por causa dos maus profissionais da corretora. Não recomendo.
Brokers without ethics. I allowed them to advertise my property. When it was sold (by another real estate company, actually committed), I told the broker and the real estate company about the sale and, even today, more than a month after the negotiation, they still haven't removed the property's announcement from the digital platforms. The buyer has already asked me about the fact. I suffered embarrassment because of the bad professionals of the broker. I do not recommend.
