Large place, fun space, delicious food and very polite staff. I had a great experience at Realli, my sister's birthday was really cool, I had a lot of fun.

I was the winner of the giveaway made by them on Instagram for the 15th birthday party… until today, looking at the photos, I am enchanted with all the care and affection they had! Amazing professionals, beautiful and affordable place. The food, the cake, sweets all perfect! I highly recommend! They rock. An unforgettable experience❤️

I thought a lot if I would leave my comment here.. I saw that the buffet received the criticism they had so I'll talk, because I didn't leave satisfied as I thought I would. Our party was in March of this year, my grade is 3, we liked the food, we liked the sweets and we liked the service of the waiters, but the accessories and decoration left a lot to be desired!!! At the ceremony I received reports that the godparents released before the music ended, which caused confusion for them (the musicians themselves confirmed) a rush that no one understood, the decoration of the church did not match what I said (ok..ok..se it was something "similar", it should have been said before), they let my little cousin in with his mother, because he didn't want to go in (I asked sooooooo so that wouldn't happen, if the child didn't want to, he didn't have to go in, simple!), at the time of the duet singing the Pastor forgot, I was the one who remembered (the bride!), the accessory didn't remember, I had to call her from the altar to give her a touch... I paid for a lapel (groom's flower) and they didn't take it, they forgot, they put a replacement and it fell out when he came in, none of the flowers were natural (I imagined some would be artificial and that's ok.. I just didn't know they would all be artificial, this wasn't explained properly), the table didn't match what I ordered, lights on the back, it was too small for the number of guests I hired (again I say, was it not possible to do it? just let me know, I called on the wedding day to ask if everything was ok and nobody told me anything!) right at the beginning of the party, the accessory was with me, in the middle of the party I couldn't see it anymore, imagine at the end then...lol, I had to ask for help for the photograph and godmothers, who even asked me if I hadn't hired someone to help me, I went to the kitchen to ask where I was, no one answered me .. I realized that there was a lack of "care and attention with the most important day of my life", super I understand that we were working with a schedule a, but not everything goes perfectly, I was the one who gave the coordinates, some guests leaving early and if I hadn't fastened my tie, I hadn't even managed to gather a little money... at the end of the party they also told me that there was no one in the On the way out, people didn't know if they could get coffee, souvenirs... apart from other things I noticed that I won't mention. It wasn't the best experience for me, as I hired a team so I could have peace of mind. At the end of the party I asked one of the owners of the Buffet how many people came and if they could pass me by later, I didn't receive nor received a feedback (maybe this is not a buffet habit..), but as a bride I say it would be very good not to having to come here and talk, I didn't feel this approach to the buffet at any time, I hope you see it as a constructive criticism of a bride who spent 365 days putting together her wedding and the day didn't go as planned, you work with dreams, something very serious and important for those who hire... thank you.
