★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles tratam o cliente pior que se estivessem fazendo um favor, não sei se é insatisfação com a empresa, mas os funcionários não tem nenhum respeito com o seu cliente, mentem em atendimentos, falando que já foi concluído o procedimento, deixa o telefone fora da linha pra não atender, entre outros problemas, não recomendo a empresa.
They treat the customer worse than if they were doing them a favor, I don't know if they are dissatisfied with the company, but the employees have no respect for their customer, they lie in calls, saying that the procedure has already been completed, leave the phone out of line to not answer, among other problems, I do not recommend the company.

vc liga para comprar um produto, é atendido pelo sistema digital e quando transfere para vendas o tel ta fora do gancho e a ligacao cai, num mercado com concorrencia isso é a morte.
nao quero nem fazer negocio com uma empresa de vendas que se recusa a atender telefone.
