★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relógio Topdata funciona legal, mas o software iPonto4 é só stress, a empresa deu suporte online, mas depois de meses, desisti. Configuram uma coisa e estraga outra. Marcação do ponto feito no relógio não vai pro cartão-ponto. Não faz o menor sentido.
Topdata watch works cool, but iPonto4 software is just stress, the company gave it online support, but after months I gave up. They set one thing up and ruin another. Time stamping on the clock does not go to the time card. It makes no sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relógio frágil. Quebra com muita frequência e a empresa cobra quase 300 reais só para fazer uma "visita técnica". Se nessa visita for constatado um "defeito", a empresa cobra o frete para enviar para o Sul para que seja feito um orçamento. Se for aprovado o orçamento, que sempre custa o preço do relógio novo, eles consertam e cobram o frete para enviar o relógio de volta. Se não for aprovado o orçamento, eles cobram o frete para te devolver o equipamento quebrado mesmo, depois de você gastar quase 500 reais para que fosse "verificado" um "defeito". O negócio dessa empresa é vender relógio ruim e visita técnica. Não vale a pena comprar relógio da Real Ponto.
Fragile clock. It breaks very frequently and the company charges almost 300 reais just to make a "technical visit". If during this visit a "defect" is found, the company charges freight to send to the South so that a quote can be made. If the budget is approved, which always costs the price of the new watch, they fix it and charge shipping to send the watch back. If the budget is not approved, they charge the shipping to return the broken equipment to you, after you spend almost 500 reais for a "defect" to be "verified". The business of this company is to sell a bad watch and a technical visit. It is not worth buying a watch from Real Ponto.

Quando meu relógio quebrou, veio um técnico aqui, deixou um relógio de empréstimo, e levaram o meu, após isso devolveram funcionando e retiraram o de empréstimo, não paguei a mão de obra nem a visita, somente metade do valor das peças e uma mensalidade que pago mensalmente que cobre além de defeitos, minhas dúvidas. Sempre posso ligar lá e tirar todas as minhas dúvidas com o pessoal do suporte. Recomendo!!!!
Great service, professional and attentive support. When my watch broke, a technician came here, left a loan clock, and took mine, after that they returned working and took out the loan, did not pay the labor or visit, only half the value of the pieces and a monthly fee that I pay monthly that covers besides defects, my doubts. I can always call there and get all my doubts with the support staff. I recommend!!!!
